Chef’s Choice Premium Selected Moghrabieh Couscous is the Lebanese equivalent of couscous. Moghrabieh is used in many traditional Middle-Eastern and Arabian dishes. It can be incorporated into tagines for a hearty and flavoursome final dish. Use in place of rice, as a side salad, added to soups, mixed with sautéed vegetables and as a breakfast cereal.
